Charis Denny with her dog Bayou Lena

Meet your guide

Hi, I'm Charis.

Certified Clinical Herbalist · EFT Practitioner
Mental Health Counseling · 20+ years in practice
That's Bayou Lena. She's Blossom & Heal's Chief of Unconditional Love.

My Story

Discovering flower essences a few years into my herbalism career completely changed the course of my work — and my life. Even now, after all these years, I'm still astonished by the transformations I witness when people begin working with them.

My approach is rooted in clinical herbalism and nutrition, guided by my background in mental health counseling, and expanded by over two decades of experience with flower essences, EFT tapping, and somatic practices. This combination lets me support people in ways that are genuinely holistic — mentally, emotionally, physically, and yes, even spiritually.

I'm especially passionate about helping people manage ADHD, ease anxiety and depression, and build lives that feel more aligned, resourced, and joyful. As someone who has navigated my own mental health challenges and ADHD firsthand, I understand how overwhelming it can all feel — and how empowering it is to finally have tools that work with how you're wired, not against it.

While I still work with individual clients, my bigger vision is education, access, and empowerment. That's why I create courses, pre-made flower essence blends, and offer high-quality supplements and tools — to give more people the support they need to live vibrant, wholehearted lives filled with clarity, hope, and a whole lot more fun.

Over the years I've worked in non-profit leadership, consulted for small businesses and wellness practitioners, and never stopped learning or evolving.

The Things That Fill My Bucket

When I'm not helping people become the happiest, healthiest versions of themselves, you'll find me spending time with my teenage son, my longtime partner, family, and friends — and my silly bulldog-pitbull mix, Bayou Lena, who photobombs everything.

I love reading about American history, exploring Colorado's lakes and rivers with my ever-growing flotilla of inflatables, and diving deep into whatever ADHD-hyperfocus hobby has captured my attention that week.

I also travel by plane, train, and automobile to see the live shows of my favorite bands, DJs, and producers as often as humanly possible. Life is short and the music is good.

Ready to work together?

This work is my calling — and I'm so glad you're here.
